First Impression= [4/5]
Not to crazy about the layout, but yay, it isn’t depressing!
Layout= [22/30]
This layout is pretty well organized. I always like those automatic note adders – they make stuff easier for people who want to contact you. I like the purple. Credit to Lex Designs.
Is that Times New Roman I see? Ahh, I think it is! But it’s small so it looks better – that’s good. I did not like the colors. I mean, they are good alone, but together the colors just did not go. I didn’t like the red, orange, and purple together. I understand this layout is themed with the artist, Frida, so it maybe is supposed to be artsy, but those colors really annoyed me. Also, I know this is a little thing, but I didn’t really like how your past 5 were right there on the tool bar and I had to go to a separate page to find some other stuff. I think that you should have at least a link about you on the main page, or maybe a link with reviews or something. It just irked me. Finally, the graphic. I didn’t really like it. Eeww, cigarette! As I mentioned here, you don’t want to have me review your layout if it’s got smoking in it. I also didn’t really like how the graphic was just there, I’d rather have it have some pretty brushes or be blended in or have it say something on it so it has a point. That sort of stuff.
Content= [20/20]
The first entry I read was this one, and I liked how you described your schedule. It gave me the idea to do that for myself when my school starts. This entry about soda was an interesting subject to write about, yet it was funny all the same. I call it soda, not pop. Anyway, I liked how, if someone had the time to read all your entries (I don’t) then they could read about all your high school experiences. Since your diary starts in Summer 2000 and goes onto Freshman Year, we can see how you grow in high school and stuff like that. So far I’m really liking your diary and am very interested in it. So far, if I had to grade you now and stop there, you’d have full marks. It was sad about the inchworm. Hey, I watched that episode of "I Love the 80’s" too! Those Baby on Board signs were funny to hear about, it’s cool to find someone who was the baby on board! It was very sad to hear about the students in your school dying in that car crash. The same thing happened to me a few years ago, when three kids in my school were going on a joyride and died. Fifteen dollars for all those books? What a deal! I wish I had that much luck at my library’s book sales! Here’s the entry that took place on my birthday, I always like to point those out! It seems that you see a lot of movies - lucky! I enjoyed reading what you thought of each movie. That flight you took sounds so awesome - and Colin Farrel was there? Even more awesome, especially since you got that picture with him! The comment you put under it made me laugh. It’s interesting – you’re a cheerleader, and you are in AP classes and are very smart and intelligent. You are a girl who contradicts the stupid cheerleader/blonde assumptions – good job! How’d you guys afford to see all those shows? One practically every night! I liked how the family on your cast page had pictures so I could picture them as I read about them. All in all, I admit it, I loved your content.

You’re a very good writer. Keep it up! If you just fix the little things. And that layout is just me probably.
