I don't even know if this is a self design or not. I can't find a link to a designer, but then again your links are all over the place. Purple/pink soft tones for the layout. Picture of a woman in the background, and then a clearer picture up front. The words "Chantel' Truly, Madly, Deeply" written above the entry. Bunch of other stuff written below the picture.
Okay, found what I needed. You did in fact do this template yourself. It could be a really nice template if you just fixed a few things...
The color of the background.
The tagboard has to go. Either that, or change the colors. The orange and yellow clashes horribly with the purple tone of the layout. The constant scrolling of the words on top of your page, as well as the scrolling images on the bottom are a huge distraction. The side/below scroll for the entry and the links makes it look messy. I'd suggest removing the bottom scroll and changing the colors of your scrollbar to at least have it blend a little better. Your contact info is in a bright neon pink which also seems to clash. Your favorite links, friend links, tagboard...move them to a separate entry and your main page will look much better. Fix your bravenet counter to match the layout, the orange/red looks bad on this background.
On your older page...not sure if this is my computer or not, tried it in two different browsers. Your background is a diaryland background with your main template on top. The tagboard is there as well *shudder*. You have previous and next links on your older page, which really don't belong there.
Music on diaries gets annoying, especially for a reviewer. Every new page we go to, the song starts over.

Oh wow, the slang is going to kill me. Juz (just), dun (don't), gonna (going to), em (them), whatever chn (chinese?) is, coz (because) , lolx (I'm assuming laughing out loud with a kiss?), wad (what), ppl (people)...
I'm sorry, but I can barely read this diary the way it is. The slang is overwhelming and makes your entries extremely hard to understand and appreciate. It's your diary, I'm sure you enjoy writing like that and I'm sure it makes sense to you...great. But with the slang and the previous and next links not working...I can't get into it at all. Trust me, I tried.

Previous and Next links on the older page. Spelling here and there. You have the word Profile on your page but it's not linked. All your previous links go to this page and all your next links go to the index page.
When you create your own template, I suggest running it through Anybrowser.com. It will show you what it looks like to other browsers...and it's pretty bad in quite a few of them.
