First Impression= [5/5]
Oh, yay! I love orange!!
Layout= [28/30]
Self-designed, which is a definite plus. I like the picture, but I'm not too sure about the words "hold on to me." They seem a bit blurry.
You used image mapping for your links. Wonderful. I'm not sure I'm all that fond of the huge contrast in the black and creamy yellow. Maybe a dark red would've done the trick, to match the color of the flower.
Also, your link color doesn't look the greatest against your entry box color. At least your entire entry isn't that color.
Content= [17/20]
Unfortunately, I can't completely agree with you about this. I agree with the part about brushing off the people who don't like you, but a reviewer is not just "some random person out there on Diaryland." And why is it not? Because you asked them to be more than just "some random person". You asked for their time, and for their opinion. You asked them to be honest about you. You asked them to delve into your diary and read your life. And by asking them to do that, they become more than just a random person. They were random before they reviewed you.
Here's another point of view to that of which I am ranting about: you're a reviewer. I know that for a fact. And you are not just some random person on Diaryland, either. People ask you for your opinions, they ask you to read their lives. If you can remain random after really getting to know someone, tell me how.
Ohh-kayyy... enough with me ranting, for which I am greatly apologetic. Didn't mean to get all self-righteous on you. You make a good point in that entry, it's just... I felt a deep need to preach at the moment. Again, sorry...
Bird poop. Hee hee... They're right, you know, and I would've said the same thing, had that been your layout. Tee hee.
I read your first couple of entries from July, and it seems like you put a lot of different subjects into one entry. It's hard to follow sometimes, but at least (and thankfully) you utilize paragraph breaks. Why would you want to get your nipples pierced? Belly button is one thing but... *wraps arms protectively across chest*
My grandparents, too. It's a trend in older people. They grew up in an age where it wasn't wrong to call a black person a racial slur that today we'd all balk at. I'm sure you can think of what I mean.
Shudder. You're braver than I am.
"You are given the power to kill people simply by thinking of their deaths and twice repeating "good-bye". People would die a natural death and no one would suspect you. Are there any situations in which you would use this power?" Cool question!
Okay. All in all, you write about daily things. So does everyone else. You're older than me, and you live a more active life, and that makes it hard for me to relate to you. Once again, you're another of those diaries that someone else would like more than me.
Where's the link= [5/5]
On the reviews page.
Errors= [5/5]
Zilch.
Contact= [5/4]
Has its own page! For that you get an extra point. Mail, AIM, notes, text message, tag (which is, thankfully, on a separate page than on your template).
Organization= [10/10]
Everything organized neatly in its appropriate page.
Updates= [10/10]
Every day, with multiples. When I first looked at your archives page, I could hardly believe that was all written in July!
Bonus= [5/5]
Question of the day, cast, past layouts, rings, links, trading card.
Will I be coming back?= [2/6]
No, sorry.
What I thought of the diary?
I can't relate to you because of our age differences. Someone else would relate much better.
Number of entries read= July
Total: 92/100
