First Impression = 4/5
A little overboard on the statement.
Where's the link? = 4/5
Under Links, and then Reviews.
Layout = 30/30
Light gray background, black and white pic of a park bench except for the back of the bench which is done in rainbow. Links are in rainbow colors. Pinkish purple color for text on entries. Blue links. Older page matches, guestbook matches, self designed.
I like it when black and white pics are touched with color.
Nothing really, it just seems a little bland to me. Maybe it's the gray background? I don't know. The two links on the bottom for ebay and On The Hour...why not throw those under your links page as well?
Content = 20/20
When diaries like yours have a lot of entries, I skip around a lot. So I'm sorry if I'm all over the place. The first entry I read was this one, and I laughed so hard. I know exactly how you feel, I'm from NY and I used to drive around NY with VA plates...it was horrible! The one about 90210 was short but great as well...yes, I watched it! So shoot me! In regards to Mother's Day, I understand you completely. Everything you wrote I could've written, every last detail. I was so envious over the Fleetwood Mac concert!
Going back a little more than a year, this was interesting to read. I'm glad to see you've overcome, or dealt, with the issues you both had in the past. True love has a habit of conquering all they say. Not surprisingly, last years Mother's Day entry I could've written as well. The MS entry was a little hard to read, it hit too close to home for me.
Skipping yet again, your coming out entry was a good read. Excellent answer to why you are gay. Ignorant people crack me up.
I'm gonna stop now, because I need to get back to my own life!
Errors = 5/5
Didn't see anything major, but a few things caught my eye:
The pictures don't work anymore :( But that's what I get for digging so deep.
Some of your review links don't work. Either I get an error page, or they go to a locked diary.
Contact = 4/4
All listed under a separate Talk entry. AIM, Email, Guestbook, Notes.
Organization = 10/10
Well organized. Links are good, archives are good, no complaints here.
Updates = 10/10
Some skips, some multiples, but who cares. You've had this diary since February of 2001, you're allowed some breaks.
Bonus = 6/5
Awards, photos, rings, novels, diet journal, slam book, quizzes, ah hell just go here to see them all. Bonus for bonus.
Will I be coming back? = 4/6
I probably will, yeah.
What I thought of the diary?
I hopped all over your diary, and the weird thing for me? I was never lost. Right away I knew who Kiki was, and not once did I have to hit an older entry to find out what was going on. All the entries I read stood on their own, no research needed. I liked that.
Your writing is beautiful and inspirational. You have a ton of humor, seriousness, pride, and love. Don't stop writing, your words are truly a gift to others.
Number of entries read = Like I counted, over 60 I'm sure.
Total: 97/100, welcome to the Hall of Fame.
