First Impression= [5/5]
Wow, um, that's interesting. Like the colors though, so you're good.
Layout= [28/30]
Like I said, I like the colors. I've always been a fan of the black and maroon color combo. Credit to NN Design, and is laid out a lot like my layouts - picture on top of entry, links off to the right.
The font is clean, and readable. Your links are a bit dark, but not so bad that I can't find them or read them. And they mouseover white, so that's a plus.
You could do without the button links underneath your text links. They throw off the color harmony of the layout. Most of them you can get away with, except the one for Frozen Kiss. It's distracting because it's a blinkie (and that's my personal predjudices against blinkies speaking.)

I understand completely why you use initials only, judging on what happened. I know I'm going to have a hard time remembering who's who, and so I've got your cast page open behind your other entries. By the way, bless you for having previous and next links, it makes reviewing so much easier!
After your cast page, I started at the beginning. How beautiful. What a beautiful way to describe how you're feeling. I've only rarely read a diarist describe things in 3rd person, and never anyone who has managed to describe everything so well. Congrats to you for that; many still need to learn to write well in first person.

No offense, but your best friend sounds like a real bitch. After just a few entries of you, I can tell that you don't deserve to be treated the way you've been treated. It makes me mad to think that they left you rude comments about your diary, about your thoughts, about your life, especially when you didn't ask them to read it!! You didn't intend for them to find it, so how were you supposed to be able to censor yourself in the first place? God willing, I hope for that stunt they all get the comeuppance they deserve.

What I thought of the diary?
You are an excellent, excellent read. You're intelligent, you're poetic, and you have a life interesting enough to keep every last person reading. More than that, you are a strong person, someone that I now admire for all that you go through. You are simply wonderful, and for that I adore you. You've reminded me why reviewing can be a true pleasure. I sincerely hope you find happiness in whatever you do, whenever you do it, and whoever you're with.
Number of entries read= all of March, and now I'm going back to read the rest. If I find something I especially like, I'll edit this review and say so.
