I love the colors, one of my favorite combinations.
The stuff at the bottom. Hot Pink views you could throw under links, the tagboard would look better to the left of the entry as well as your copyright info and the fastonline tracker. The guestbook doesn't match at all; red, white, and black.

The letter to your dad was really touching. I think you should've given it to him, you have a right to know what happened. The pictures of you and Luke are really cute! You two look good together. It's easy to see that you care about him, you write about him in pretty much every entry. When you're not writing about him, you're writing about softball, the other love of your life.
This conversation sounds really sweet, also sounds like something you needed to hear. In regards to the taste, that can be taken care of. It's all in what he eats! Congrats on the anniversary, I was surprised to learn it was only 4 months. Nice of your grandpa to co-sign a car loan for him! I wouldn't be so hard on your parents. It seems they are more than accepting the relationship of you dating an older man, which is more than most parents would do.

What I thought of the diary?
Some of your entries are really insightful, watching you go through teen years and being in love. Seems like you've found yourself a lucky guy who doesn't have a lot of support behind him. Unfortunately, I know more about Luke's life than I know of your own, with the exceptions that you love Luke, softball, and your parents are divorced/separated.
